Welcome to BGGE Gift Shop online. Before ordering, carefully read product descriptions and review the following basic rules that govern your use of BGGE Gift Shop online.
Your use of BGGE Gift Shop constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Store Policies and Terms of Use, as well as its Site Policies. BGGE.com reserves the right to update or make modifications at any time without prior notice to you, and recommend that you review them whenever you use this site.
Product & Pricing
BGGE Gift Shop deals directly with below-wholesale distributors all over the USA which allows us to offer our buyers up to 70% off the product retail price*. The products featured in our online catalog have been carefully selected based on their proven gift appeal, quailty, and value. (Product Composition Glossary - Coming Soon.)

Guarantee
ALL PRODUCTS HAVE A 10 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to BGGE Gift Shop for refund of the full purchase price of the product provided you notify us within 10 days of delivery. If the product is defective, we will also cover shipping costs.

Warranties
All of our products carry full manufacturers' warranties and some carry extended warranties. Warranty information may be included with the shipped item, found on the packaging, or can be obtained by emailing us.
Typographical Errors & Omissions
Despite BGGE Gift Shop's best efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or pricing errors in our product catalog descriptions, shopping cart, or anywhere on elsewhere on our website, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
BGGE Gift Shop makes every effort to ensure that all pictures are an accurate graphical representation of their representative product. We use pictures provided to us by the manufacturer of the product.
Inventory
We periodically change the website contents. Product availability, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice.
Out-stock items will be shown, but you will not be able to add it to the shopping cart. In the event that an item becomes unavailabe after you place an order, we will email you and offer you the opportunity to wait for the item to come back in stock or cancel your order and receive a refund.

Gift Certificates
BGGE Gift Shop sells personalized Gift Certificates in various denominations ($5-$1000). This is not a shopping cart item - no shipping or other fees are applicable. Click here to get purchase, redemption, and additional information about BGGE Gift Certificates.
Membership Fees / Customer Accounts
BGGE Gift Shop does not charge membership fees to buy at our wholesale prices. Therefore, there is no need to create a customer account.
Payment Options
Online, we gladly accept all major credit/debit cards (Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express), PayPal (Payments & e-Checks), and BGGE Gift Certificates. The name that will appear on your credit card statement will be “PAYPAL-BGGE" or "BGGE”. Click here for instructions on how to redeem gift certificates.
We accept money orders & checks for offline mail orders. During checkout, on the payment option screen, you will be able to print out the order form. Send the order form and payment to the address shown on the screen. Make money orders & checks payable to BJGray/BGGE and include the order number.
Note:
- Payments are processed through PayPal.
- You are not required to have or sign into a PayPal account to use your credit/debit card.
- You are required to have a PayPal account to pay for your order using BGGE Gift Certificates.
- There is a $50 fee for returned checks and $75 fee for chargebacks.
Fraud Statement
BGGE Gift Shop does not tolerate fraud. All cases of fraud, without exception, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In addition, we will pursue civil legal action seeking any loss of income related to the fraud including legal fees, collection costs, research costs, and loss of revenue.
Returned Checks
A $50 fee will be charged for each NSF or Stop Payment item returned to our bank.
Chargeback Policy
BGGE Gift Shop considers credit card charge backs to be fraud if you have made no reasonable effort to work with us to resolve any problems with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order or have not received it, you should contact us before attempting a chargeback.
If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for any order that you placed and we shipped to you, upon receiving the chargeback by our merchant provider , there will be a $75 fee charged to your account to recover applicable chargeback fees we have to pay and to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase.
Therefore: You agree that if you, the buyer, choose to do business with BGGE Gift Shop, and you file a charge back with your credit card company, and you do not win the charge back argument, you agree to pay us $75.00 for our time responding to the matter. You, the buyer authorize us to charge this amount to your credit card.
In the event that you do win the charge back with your credit card company, and have not returned our goods, BGGE Gift Shop will make all recovery attempts to collect fraudulently disputed charges plus additional costs via a third-party collection agency and your account will be reported to all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. This may severely damage your credit rating for at least the next seven (7) years.
At this point, we will no longer accept a return of the merchandise as settlement for the debt and will only accept payment in full. In addition to this, BGGE Gift Shop will file a report with your local police or sheriff’s department, and file a mail fraud complaint with the United States Postal Inspection Service.
Secure Payment Processing
BGGE Gift Shop has taken proactive steps to ensure that your information remains confidential and secure both online and off line. We do not sell, rent, or share your information. Please read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information collected at this site.
ON Line - The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of VeriSign and PayPal. It is their top priority. They automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
OFF Line -Information gathered from money orders & checks is safely guarded & protected. Providing credit card information via e-mail is not secure, therefore, you will not be allowed to pay for orders through this option.
Minimum Order
There are no minimum order requirements to buy at our deeply discounted prices. Simply pay for the item, shipping, sales tax (if applicable), and - nothing more.
Sales Tax
We only collect sales tax for orders made and shipped within Alabama. We do not collect sales taxes for orders shipped to other states; however, you may be liable for sales tax to your state on the merchandise you receive. Please check with your state's taxing authority for "use tax" regulations.
Currently, Alabama sales tax rate is 10%. We are required by law to collect taxes on shipping.
Order Processing
After you submit your order, you will receive an electronic confirmation that your order was placed. We will begin processing your order immediately; however the method of payment determines when your order is released for shipment. Generally, orders are released in:
- 1-2 business days if paid by PayPal funds, BGGE Gift Certificates, money orders & certified checks.
- 1-3 business days if paid by debit/credit cards, dependent on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.
- 4 -15 business days if paid by personal, business, cashier, or e-checks (if funds have been cleard by our bank)
If a situation arises that will delay your order in any way, we will contact you by phone or email.
Order Acceptance
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. BGGE Gift Shop reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include:
- Limitations on quantities available for purchase
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
- Problems identified by PayPal's credit and fraud avoidance department (Review our chargeback policy!)
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours by using BGGE's contact us form. During processing time it may be possible to cancel, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
- If you cancel your BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be sent a refund.
- If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
- Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees. See our Chargeback Policy.
Shipping Restrictions
BGGE Gift Shop ships anywhere in the continental United States (not to Alaska or Hawaii) via UPS Ground. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Sorry, we do not offer any other options at this time.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping cost has risen over the years due to high fuel costs and a growing list of delivery surcharges by the carriers and our distributors. BGGE is charged a handling fee for small orders. However, BGGE Gift Shop now charges a flat shipping rate of $8.50 for orders $50 and under and $10.50 for orders $50.01 and $100. Orders over $100 & up are free. BGGE Gift Shop may incur a higher freight charge for bulkier items which we cannot absorb solely, and must be passed on to the customer. You will be informed and given the option to cancel part or all of your order.
These charges are quite competitive and represent only a part of the actual costs. We'll pay the rest.

Estimated Delivery Time
Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery. Sometimes special circumstances arise and shipping may take a bit longer. If a situation arises that will delay your order in any way, we will contact you by phone or email.
Estimated Delivery Time = Order Processing + Shipping Preparation + Transit Time. In other words, the total time it takes to deliver your order is based on the time it takes for credit/debit payment authorization or funds to clear our bank, the time to prepare your order for shipping, and the carrier's transit time based on zones. Multi-item orders may be shipped from different warehouses located in different zones.
Upon Order Delivery
Be sure to inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Do not destroy or dispose of the packaging in which the goods are supplied until you know that you do not intend to return the goods to BGGE Gift Shop, the carrier, or manufacturer.
Refused, Undeliverables, & Unclaimed Orders
Refused, Undeliverable, & Unclaimed Packages
BGGE Gift Shop is not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable. If your package is returned to us, we will make every attempt to contact you.
Damaged & Lost Shipments
Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. Among the most common is damaged merchandise through shipping. The shipper is responsible for your package once they take possession of it.
BGGE Gift Shop will replace defective merchandise, but is not responsible for any lost, delayed, misdirected or damaged packages incurred during shipping, regardless of how or with whom they are shipped. However, we will provide you with the information needed to file a claim with that carrier. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS must be complied with or they may deny your claim.
If your order is damaged, in whole or in part, you should save the package and any loose contents and contact us immediately. If you suspect your order is lost, delayed, or misdirected. Please allow 14 business days before contacting us with your concerns.
If you don’t want to wait until the damage or loss investigation by the freight carrier is completed and you want us to send a replacement item right away, please contact us.
Acceptable Returns
BGGE Gift Shop is happy to accept the return of any product for refund or exchange provided we are notified no later than 10 days after you receive your order. BGGE Gift Shop reserves the right to refuse a return if the following terms are not met:
Returns are accepted:
- If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise.
- If the merchandise is defective or missing a part.
- If we have sent you the wrong item.
- All returns must be pre-authorized. You must contact us within 10-days of receipt of order delivery.
- Shipping cost, to us and and back to you, is the responsibility of the purchaser for non-defective returns.
- There will be a 10% restocking fee on returned non-defective merchandise.
- You have an option to request a refund or exchange for the merchandise of equal or lesser value*.
- You have the option to return all or part of an order.
If you want an item more expensive than what you are returning, we will refund you and you may place a new order for the new item.
Unacceptable Returns
If upon inspection of returned merchandise, it is determined that BGGE Gift Shop is unable to honor your request for refund or exchange for any reason, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to send the items back to the customer. If the customer does not make arrangements for reshipping, we will consider it as abandoned property after 30 days, and donate to an appropriate charitable organization.
Returns cannot be accepted if:
- Merchandise was received more than 10 days ago. (Refund and exchange requests must be made with the manufacturer after 10 days)
- Merchandise was mishandled (broken) by the purchaser.
- Merchandise is used or not in a resalable condition including all packaging, product boxes, etc.
- Merchandise was damaged during shipping. (See Damaged & Lost Merchandise Policy)
How to Return an Order
Notify BGGE Gift Shop of your intent return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt of your order using our contact us form. We will respond by email and/or phone to provide additional instructions.
- Send the item(s) and all documentation, registration cards, packing materials, and other accessories in its original packaging.
- Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process.
- Include a copy of the packing slip. Make a copy for your records.
- Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that you insure your return against damages and loss.
Refunds on Returned Items
- For item(s) returned for refund because of our error, we will refund the buyer's UPS Ground shipping cost plus insurance. Shipping by any other method will not be covered.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refund for non-defective merchandise and items not returned in original packing.
